Roselaure

Roselaure delivered her fifth baby at home. Three weeks later, she came to the clinic with a severe case of mastitis which required urgent surgery. She was not able to breastfeed. She was only giving her baby crushed crackers mixed in water. Our nurse Louna now purchases infant formula (very expensive in Haiti) every week and will continue until she can begin a regular diet.
